Blake
Finance Broker
You could say Blake has been involved in Priority since its inception in 2001 - albeit mainly as an observer for the first 10 years as a son of the proprietors. Nevertheless, Blake has watched the business grow steadily over this time and has learned a great deal because of it.
In 2011, shortly after completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Newcastle, Blake added a Diploma in Financial Services (Mortgage Broking) to his qualifications and subsequently joined the team temporarily to work as a Broker at Priority.
Since this time, Blake has had the opportunity to work in a number of institutions within the financial industry and we are delighted that he has now returned to Priority to continue his career as a fully qualified Mortgage Broker within the Newcastle & Central Coast region.
Blake has a strong passion for helping people and feels there is nothing more personally fulfilling than to be a part of the process of a customer achieving their dreams. Blake's experience ranges from home mortgages and commercial lending through to equipment finance and many other forms of finance.
In his spare time Blake enjoys dirt bike riding, boating and fishing, or simply walking his pet dog Harley.

Tyler
Finance Broker
A country boy at heart, Tyler has lived in Newcastle for almost a decade now. Growing up in Tamworth NSW, Tyler saw his parents, Bryan and Lorraine, help the community with their finance needs since they started Priority Home Loans over 20 years ago. He has always admired their perseverance and dedication to always putting the customer's needs first. He could not be more proud to now serve beside them and their dedicated team, assisting his community reach their dreams.
Tyler has completed a Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Commerce, Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. Working with Priority since 2014, Tyler is well versed in all aspects of mortgage finance and commercial lending. Whether you're thinking about purchasing a property sometime in the future, ready to proceed with a purchase now, looking to refinance your existing loan or seeking assistance with a commercial or business loan, Tyler is always happy to sit down with you for a chat.
With a growing family, Tyler enjoys his time on the weekends. Privileged to live in the beautiful city of Newcastle, you will often find Tyler and his family (including the dog) down at Redhead Beach. Always planning a camping trip, he welcomes any suggestions on new places to visit.

Natasha
Administration Assistant
Natasha joined the Priority team in 2020 as an administration assistant to Tyler and Blake. She has 16 years of customer service experience and has completed her Certificate III in Accounts Administration.
As part of her role, she assists both staff and clients with home loan application and settlement processes. She enjoys working with and learning new skills from her team, getting to know clients, and helping them reach their goals.
A Newcastle local for over 20 years, Natasha loves exploring new restaurants and cafes in the area, spending time with her friends and family, and reading a good book in her downtime.
